Due to high demand, Self Care Goddess has a strict cancellation policy. All appointment changes and cancellations must be made at least 24hrs before your scheduled appointment time. Same day cancellations will be subject to the full amount of service price. No call, no show will also subject to a 100% of scheduled service fee, no exceptions! It is important that you are on time to your appointment. We have a 10 minute grace period. Anything after that may result in a late cancellation fee and/or rescheduling of your appointment. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. You forfeit your deposit by canceling last minute or not showing up to your scheduled appointment. However, if you give more than 24 hours notice, your deposit will go to your next scheduled appointment. *BY BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT, YOU AGREE TO THE CANCELLATION POLICY* A card on file is required to reserve your appointment time and day. Card on file will only be charged when canceling last minute or no showing to your appointment. We understand that sometimes life happens and reschedules are necessary. Your appointments are very important to us and are reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel, modify or reschedule please do so in the appropriate time (24hrs prior to the day & time of your scheduled appointment) to avoid any fees. Please understand that when you forget to cancel or reschedule your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill your appointment time and clients on the wait list miss the opportunity to receive services.
